Come to the library for a one of a kind experience!
This yoga class will incorporate goats into the session. It is just like any other yoga class, except a lot more fun. Goat Yoga is about disconnecting from day-to-day stress, sickness or depression and focusing on positive and happy vibes. It will make you smile and even giggle a little.
This class will take place on the library lawn.
You can bring your own solid colored yoga mat or use one provided.
Please arrive about 10-15 minutes early to sign in and for goat time!
