Come to the library for a one of a kind experience.
This yoga class will incorporate goats into the session. It is just like any other yoga class, except a lot more fun. It will make you smile and even giggle a little.
Goat Yoga is about disconnecting from day-to-day stress, sickness or depression and focusing on positive and happy vibes.
This class will take place on the library lawn.
You can bring your own solid colored yoga mat or use one provided.
Please arrive about 10-15 minutes early to sign in.
This class is for ages 18 and older only.
In case of rain, Goat Yoga will be rescheduled to Saturday, October 27th at 12:00 p.m.
