 Winter Reading Challenge

Cozy up with some good books this winter. Log the time you spend reading and earn a digital badge for every hour you read. Each badge earned also gets you an entry into the weekly prize drawings for gift certificates and prizes donated by local businesses.

The Snowflake Scavenger Hunt will begin on Monday, December 6th.
Complete the Snowflake Scavenger Hunt to earn a bonus entry into the weekly drawings and our grand prize drawing. To complete the scavenger hunt read through the clues and drive around beautiful Henry County looking for snowflakes posted in the windows and doors of local businesses and organizations. Clues are found in the Activity Badges tab. Each snowflake features a different object in the center. Answer questions about where you found the snowflakes and what was in the centers to complete each clue. Find all eight snowflakes for your bonus entry.

The library also  offers Freading with downloadable ebooks, which has many exciting new self published and indie titles including graphic novels and fiction for young adults.
