Tennis Ball Self-Massage Workshop

Tennis ball self-massage is gentle, relaxing, effective and enlightening! Join Karen in a guided exploration using your body weight against the balls, combined with breath and subtle movement to release tension patterns that cause discomfort. Some mobility is required to lie down on a yoga mat and reposition comfortably.

 

Stress and tension in your body can cause:

  • Musculoskeletal pain and discomfort
  • Decreased muscle strength and vitality
  • Decreased range of motion

In this workshop, on a yoga mat you will:

  • Learn how to use tennis balls to release tension
