Vendor Guidelines

Registration is free, but required.
Each vendor will be assigned a 15' x 15' outdoor space.
Vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, and or tarps.
You are responsible for managing your own setup, pricing, and transactions.
Setup begins at 7:00 AM. Please be fully set up by 9:00 AM.
You must remove all unsold items at the end of the event—nothing may be left behind.
All items must be family-friendly. No weapons, hazardous materials, or illegal goods.

Space is first-come, first-served. There are limited spots available, deadline to register is Thursday, September 3rd.

Liability Release

By signing below, I agree to abide by all vendor guidelines for the Community Yard Sale hosted by Henry County Public Library on September 5th, 2026.

I understand and acknowledge the following:
I am solely responsible for all items I bring and sell.
I will provide my own setup materials and remove everything at the conclusion of the event.
Henry County Public Library, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property before, during, or after the event.
