Tennis Ball Self-Massage Workshop

Tennis ball self-massage is gentle, relaxing, effective and enlightening! Join Karen in a guided exploration using your body weight against the balls, combined with breath and subtle movement to release tension patterns that cause discomfort. Some mobility is required to lie down on a yoga mat and reposition comfortably.
Stress and tension in your body can cause:
- Musculoskeletal pain and discomfort
- Decreased muscle strength and vitality
- Decreased range of motion
- Blocked or disorganized energy
- Poor posture

In this workshop, on a yoga mat you will:
- Locate areas of tension in your body
- Learn how to use tennis balls to release tension
- Utilize your body weight, subtle movement, focused awareness and breath to increase the effectiveness of the work with the balls
