Drop by the meeting room beginning at 4 p.m. to paint your own Squishmellow™ masterpiece on canvas. Supplies will be available all night. We'll be providing canvas with pre-drawn Squishmells shapes, paint, brushes, and snacks. The only thing you need to bring is the creativity. This project will take about 1 hour to complete so please arrive before 6 p.m. in order to have time to complete your project.
Get cozy with Miss. Sara at the fireplace for Black Joy Story Time with stories and songs that celebrate the joy, wonder, and fun of youth through the eyes of Black children. This program is designed for preschoolers and early elementary students, but all are welcome.
Join Miss Lizzie (usually in the big meeting room) for story time every Friday at 10AM! We’ll aim for a 3-4 year old developmental level, but all are welcome no matter what your age or abilities (or languages) are! Several libraries throughout local counties will converge at the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives (KDLA) for this big event designed for 4-8 year olds.
