Gentle AM Yoga

Join us for Gentle Yoga at the Library every Wednesday. Stretch, strengthen, increase mobility, and decrease stress in this gentle, slow-paced practice that makes yoga accessible to adults of all sizes, ages and fitness levels. Props are optional, but can be useful, such as blankets, blocks, and straps.

This program is for Adults.
