Gentle Yoga: Join us for Gentle Yoga at the Library every Wednesday. Stretch, strengthen, increase mobility, and decrease stress in this gentle, slow-paced practice that makes yoga accessible to adults of all sizes, ages and fitness levels. Instructor: Shana Schack

Bring pillows and blankets from home and get comfy for a free family film about a special bear and his thrilling adventure through the Amazon rainforest to the mountain peaks of Peru. All ages are welcome and snacks are provided by the library.
