Find Your Voice is a supportive space for individuals looking to build confidence in public speaking through practice. This group focuses on strengthening communication skills and fostering community connection in an informal, comfortable environment. The goal is growth--not debate--where participants can practice speaking, gain confidence, and support one another along the way.

We will have a variety of rating sheets, fun activity pages, and reading challenges that you can mix and match to design a book journal that is uniquely yours. Once you've made your selections, we will bind everything together into a spiral notebook. Coffee, tea, and cookies will be served.

A chair-supported movement class that helps build strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is perfect for beginners and older adults. It may also offer renewed energy, improved posture, and could reduce stress and anxiety as well!
