An all ages, all skill levels dancing meditation. A theme is set for each session with a playlist curated to match. Participants are encouraged to let the music move them -- without rules, without expectation, without steps, and without judgement. All are welcome! Led by instructor Regan Wann.
Bring your extra seeds, plant cuttings, or starts to share—and pick up something new to grow! Don’t have anything to swap? That’s okay! Come anyway and grab a few goodies to help you get started. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned gardener, this is a great way to meet fellow plant lovers and grow your collection. Free and open to all!
