At November's Family Movie Night we'll watch a new film based on a classic children's book. To encourage everyone to be as creative as Harold each attendee will receive a sketchbook and their own purple crayon.

All ages are welcome to join us for this annual event. Breakfast, provided by Kiwanis Club of Henry County, will begin in our meeting room at 9 p.m. Santa arrives at 10 a.m. with a sack full of books for everyone. It's time for the library's annual Big Winter Blowout. There's something for everyone at this all ages event including fun art & crafts projects to complete, a winter wonderland to explore, gingerbread houses (while supplies last) and some special glow-in-the-dark activities including a silent disco. At December’s Family Activity Night families with children of all ages can make various holiday and winter decorations for their homes or to use as gifts. You can drop in anytime after 4:30 p.m. to participate but must be in the room by 6:30 p.m. to have time to complete your projects before the library closes. All ages are welcome but anyone under 10 must be accompanied by a grownup.
